Payment methods

For purchases at BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Sp. z o.o. the following payment methods are available:

  • 20% prepayment while purchase order submission, 80% prepayment before shipment
  • 100% prepayment before shipment
  • Payment term of 7 days
  • Payment term of 14 days
  • Payment term of 30 days
  • Payment term of 45 days
  • Payment term of 60 days

Deferred payment agreement is possible within a trade credit.
The amount of the trade credit is determined by the purchase level registered during three preceding months, payment history and the assessment of reliability and creditworthiness by an independent company cooperating with BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Sp. z o.o.

A standard form of payment will be assigned by default to the newly created customer account. When placing your first order from BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Sp. z o.o., prepayment will be the only available payment method.

A completed trade credit application should be sent to your purchase supervisor. Your application will be considered within 14 days.

Delivery

The dispatch takes place from the BayWa r.e. warehouse in Modlniczka (Poland), either directly from our suppliers or from warehouses of partner companies. The dispatch takes place either by parcel service or by truck load. The complete delivery address must be provided while purchase order submission. The form and cost of transportation are determined already during the purchase order submission stage and are based on the basket value, weight and nature of the goods. The standard delivery time from the warehouse in Modlniczka is 48 hours (effective from WZ Document submission). The PREMIUM service is provided within 24 hours. The delivery date from other locations is agreed upon individually. In the ordering process, however, you have the option of booking various logistics services that meet your needs. The shipping costs are offset against flat rates and presented to you before the order is submitted. 

You will receive an e-mail notification that your shipment has been arranged on the address provided during registration. You will be able to track your shipment online through the link and reference number provided in the e-mail. In addition, you will be notified of the planned shipment via SMS sent to the telephone number provided during registration or an alternative telephone number provided when placing the order.
